Beginning in 2012, a partnership acquired a 1.5 acre site along Mayfair Road in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin for the purposes of developing an upscale apartment building. Located between a single family neighborhood and one of the busiest commercial corridors in Wisconsin, THE 2100 Apartment development included the negotiation of a TIF, complicated redesigns, as well as HUD financing to complete.

The 97-unit apartment opened on March 1st of 2018.
