John Czarnecki

Mr. Czarnecki specializes in commercial development, office and land transactions. Representing both tenants and landlords, buyers and sellers; John has focused his real estate practice on understanding client needs and achieving client goals. Prior to founding Commercial United, John was a Vice President at Grubb & Ellis | Apex Commercial, Inc., a local commercial real estate firm. Since 2000 John has completed over 1,550,000 square feet of sale and lease transactions.

John is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Wisconsin and a member of the Commercial Association of Realtors Wisconsin (CARW). He served on the Board of Directors for CARW from 2007 - 2013 and was acting Chairman 2011/2012.

John Czarnecki is the 2008 recipient of the Commercial Association of Realtor Wisconsin - Realtor of the Year Award for outstanding service in the industry.

John served on the Board of Directors for the Girl Scouts Great Blue Heron Council, as well as the combined Southeastern Wisconsin GSWISE Council from 2003 to 2010; assisting in business, finance and real estate matters.

Mr. Czarnecki served on the Cedarburg Common Council from 2014-2018 with special emphasis on City business and real estate matters. John is currently a volunteer air rifle instructor with the Ozaukee County 4H, and is a graduate of St. Norbert College with a Bachelor degree in Advertising, Marketing and Sales.
